- MedPass, a patient-held medical ID: emergency contacts, conditions, prescriptions and insurance cards in one record the person controls, with a time-limited QR code that gives a provider or first responder access for as long as they need it and no longer.
- IDmgmt, the patient identity platform that MedPass runs on, which we incubated and still architect.
How we approach it
Access control and identity are designed in from the start rather than added later, as in MedPass, where provider access to a record expires on its own. We agree the privacy and security requirements for your project with you at the start, and write them into the scope.

Do you only work in healthcare?
No. Healthcare and identity are where our background runs deepest, but our live work also includes Otterkin, an art commissioning marketplace, and FL Butterflies, a field guide with its own plant shop.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we quote after a free intro call, in writing, before any work starts. We charge fair market rates for senior work, without agency markup.
Who will I actually work with?
Julie McFadden, our founder and platform architect, leads every engagement herself, alongside senior engineers. There is no hand-off to a junior team.
