What the contact form collects

When you send a note through the contact form, Cogn8 Systems collects the name, email address, and message you choose to provide.

How the information is used

The information is used only to read your inquiry and reply to it. It is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to add you to a mailing list.

How long it is kept

Contact form submissions are retained for 90 days, then purged unless a longer retention period is needed because the inquiry has become an active engagement or business record.

Analytics

The site uses Plausible for visitor analytics. Plausible is privacy-respecting and does not use cookies. The site may also use Azure Application Insights for technical telemetry, such as server errors and endpoint health. These tools are used to understand whether the site works and where visitors read or leave.

Data requests

To ask for access, correction, or deletion of contact form information you submitted, use the contact form on the main site and include enough detail to identify the message.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the site and contact handling process mature. The current public version will be posted on this page.
